Canavieiras is located about 300 miles South of Salvador, Bahia and the access is easy and comfortable.
The nearest airport is Ilhéus, just 70 miles away with daily flights from Rio, São Paulo and other Brazilian cities, and the ride is pleasant and pretty.
There is also the choice of landing in Comandatuba, which is much closer, but the flights are limited in number, and happen only twice a week, Thursdays and Sundays.
